MWsnap - Very nice screen capturing tool

MWSnap is a small yet powerful Windows program for snapping (capturing) images from selected parts of the screen.

I prefer 300 x 125 pixel size images on this blog and with MWsnap I can achieve it in a snap. I am sure you will find this tool very helpful. Another small clean and nice utility without using much resources of your computer.

MWSnap does not require installation and does not need any special dlls, drivers or system files which can mess up your system.

Download it here and enjoy.

21k email i.e. Qm

Qm is a very nice, clean and small email program. It is only about 21k but is very simple and quick. By the time you wait for your major email program to open and load, Qm actually sends email. I love it. Clean and simple...

Wake up to cool tunes

I usually wake up early but sometimes when I have to wake up for important event/appointment I use alarm clock on my PC. I like this particular one very much.

It is known as citrus alarm clock. It has wonderful features including setting up multiple alarms, using your own mp3 or other audio files in your choice of media player.

Check it out here and enjoy.

v-phone for Vonage VoIP service

Vonage, the leading VoIP service has come out with pretty interesting device known as v-phone. It is a tiny, bright orange colored device attached to your key chain which you can take with you any where and connect to any internet connected PC (obviously broadband) and start making calls through your own vonage account. I love this idea.

I called the customer service and only problem that you have to purchase other plan. I am using Vonage VoIP service but I can not add it on to my existing service and have to buy another plan which is not right. But otherwise this idea is pretty cool.

I came across this wonderful website a.k.a.

They have very interesting concept. It employs special technology so when you order a search with particular search term, the underlying search engine will scourch the web and find all video clips which has that particular search term is spoken in the clip. It is very interesting and I personally think this technology has tremendous dimension just imagine you can record all your conversation and then one fine day you search your audio clips with particular "phrase"

I love this technology and I think more developer should focus on underlying technology to find more uses.
